The ClockStock 2 App is operated by Euganox Ltd, Reg #E.44977 35 The Saltmills, Providenciales, TCI (hereinafter referred to as “Euganox”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Euganox believes that data protection is a fundamental human right, which is why we take the protection of our users’ personal data and privacy very seriously. Euganox is subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. We put a lot of effort into ensuring that these regulations are implemented correctly.
We want all of our users to be informed about what type of personal data Euganox collects and how this data is being used by Euganox. 3. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
4. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Euganox Ltd is a TCI registered company with its registered office in TCI. The data collected will therefore be processed outside the United Kingdom, whereby the data remains protected by very strict data protection laws.
Furthermore, some of our service providers have their registered office outside the EU, so that the applicable laws guarantee a different national level of data protection than that provided for in European data protection law. In this case, we shall ensure (e.g. by concluding appropriate contracts) that the service providers concerned guarantee an appropriate level of data protection comparable to that in the United Kingdom.
We are committed to making sure that all of our service providers comply with technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.

As per Terms and Conditions these Services do not address anyone under the age of 18.

Users who have entered personal data into the ClockStock 2 App can request to have their data deleted at any time, unless Euganox is obliged to store this data for a certain period of time on the grounds of statutory retention periods, e.g. for contractual, tax or accounting purposes. Please note that you may no longer be able to use the ClockStock 2 App if you delete your personal data.
